FLYING PIG IBIZA – TIME TABLE

We deliver our Design Show Rotisserie 4-5 hrs before the event and start spit roasting your booked Specialty 

2.

The PRODUCT continues to roast on site while we set up the catering equipment.

3.       

Appetizers, Side Orders, Salads etc if ordered were placed beside the Show Rotisserie on your service table

4.    

About 10 minutes before serving, the Roasting Process will be stopped and the chef (or Host ) starts carving.

5.

The Lunch / Dinner  starts and  the guests enjoying fabulous grilled Specialties at the required time.

6.

Any food not eaten will be left for the client's use later on – the temperature of the Rotisserie can be adjusted to 80 – 90 Degrees C – as the Food stays hot and crisp !

7.

Pick up of our equipment will be at the same night – either you send a text message / call .If you booked the Carving Chef then he will take care of the Equipment
